Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers were employed by P Elliott & Co provide the Civil and Structural Engineering services for the renovation and extension of their DPD Distribution Centre in Athlone.
The Construction of interlink involved a complex structural framework complimented by roof and wall cladding. Site conditions were difficult due to extensive cut and fill required. They successfully completed Interlink Hub facility including: sorting hall, warehouse, three story office block and car park facilities on a 7-acre site.
During the Construction of the of this distribution unit Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd attended fortnightly Deign Team Meetings and monitored all the works to ensure compliance with the current Building
