Works involved the Design of Structural Steel Frame to support all mechanical equipment located on the roof of the office block.

During the construction Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd carried out ongoing inspections.

Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers were also the original project Engineers to construct the building for P. Elliott & Co at a value of €10m.
