PROPOSED INCUBATION HUB CASTLEBLAYNEY

Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd provided Civil and Structural Engineering Services for the construction of a three floor above basement development totaling 1300 square metres. The building comprised of 21 No. individual units with meeting and ancillary rooms.

This is a Design and Build project, whereby the contractor will engage a professional design team to prepare a detailed design proposal. Our role was to prepare design intent drawings and prepare a specification of Civil and Structural works. We are to be retained by the client during the Construction Stage to check and approve the contractor’s design drawings and also to attend site meetings.
