The company’s health and safety policy sets out our commitment and outlines our approach to effective health and safety management. Our processes and procedures are designed not simply to meet legal requirements but to effectively deliver a safe and secure working environment for our employees and everyone else who might be affected by our work. Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd has employer’s liability of 13m and public liability insurance of 6m and professional indemnity insurance of 2.5m, a copy of the insurance documentation is attached.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd is committed to ensuring, as far as reasonably practical, the Health & Safety of its employees and any other persons affected by its activities.

Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd are committed to the implementation of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1989 and the Safety, Health & Welfare (Construction) Regulations 1995,2001 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 as applicable.

No employee will knowingly be required to work in an unsafe environment or in an unsafe manner. All employees are encouraged and expected to report any unsafe construction to the Company Director.

All Technical Staff have completed the Safe Pass Course.

In addition, Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Ltd are committed to designing projects safely for construction and all engineering staff are completing the joint association of Consulting Engineers Of Ireland/Engineers Ireland “ Design for Safety in Construction” courses.
